Tips for Sellers

Paint

Keep the interior rooms neutral colors. If the bathroom or kitchen
cabinets look old and dated you can paint those as well.
A fresh coat of paint can make a world of difference.

Clean and Declutter

When the home is clean and organized it will make the buyers feel
more relaxed. It will also give the potential buyers a better feel for the
space. It’s important to ensure there is nothing obstructing the buyer’s
main focal points.

Light it Up

The more light the merrier. Maximize the light in your home. Remove
drapes, increase wattage in your bulbs, open blinds, change
lampshades. The brighter your home is the more cheery it will feel!

Curb Appeal

You want to make sure the outside space is as inviting as possible.
Slap some fresh paint on the front door, Make it pop!
Make sure the lawn is freshly cut. Plant some color in the yard.
